1. If you choose to make payment via Paylah/Paynow, PLEASE make your payment according to the amount due at the checkout page BEFORE you continue to place your order.

2. Make sure to send a screenshot of your payment proof along with your order number through our DMs @yuwooju on Telegram or @svtincarats on Twitter once you proceed to 'Place Order' at Checkout.

3. Please make payment & DM us your proof within 24H of the order placed otherwise your order will released to other interested buyers.

A notification email will be sent shortly to the email you have input in the personal details section after you submit the form.

Apart from cancellation of goods production or shortage of stock, there will be NO refunds.

Please note that we will NOT be responsible for chasing you if you're not collecting after reserving if you are opting for COD (cash upon collection), Self-Collection or Meetups.

No replies after a maximum of 3 reminders for payment/collection shall mean that you are backing out and I have all the rights to sell the merchandise to others who are more interested. 

We would appreciate it if you would not resell your purchases unless needed. If you do, we hope that you would resell it at the price you bought it for to ensure equality to all.
